What I do
No account layer, no junior bench, no discovery phase that bills for three months before anything works. You talk to the person writing the code.
Most AI projects stall in the gap between the demo and production. I start from your process, not the model: find the two or three places where AI removes real work, and build them against your data.
C#, .NET and Azure. The unglamorous layer that decides whether everything above it works — and the one clients call about when it doesn't.
Idea to working product with a small core team. Scoped in weeks rather than quarters: build the thin slice that proves it, then harden whatever survives contact with real users.
How it works
The order matters more than the labels. Nothing gets hardened before it works, and nothing gets handed over before it's boring.

Half a day, no charge. What you want, what already exists, and an honest read on whether I'm the right person for it. Sometimes the answer is no.

The first two to four weeks produce something running against your real data — not a slide deck, not a roadmap. You decide what happens next from evidence.

Tests, observability, cost ceilings, documentation. The difference between a prototype and a system your team can be woken up for at 3am.

Your team owns the code and understands it. I stay reachable — the goal is that I stop being necessary.

Full-stack .NET engineer on the immigration case-handling platform for the Belgian Immigration Office (DVZ). Backend domain logic, live schema migrations, and Angular front end under strict availability and data-integrity requirements — plus introducing AI-assisted development tooling across the team.

AI-native tooling, built and run in-house
An AI-first property inspection app for the Belgian market, and an endurance coaching product built on the Anthropic API with Whoop and Wahoo data. The same work I do for clients, on my own risk.
